The IDEA (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Allyship) Employee Resource Group at D2L hosted a panel discussion that delved into the varied spectrum of allyship within all of D2L's Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), ranging from passive supporters to active advocates. The aim was to provide practical strategies for individuals and ERGs to enhance their allyship at D2L.
