At Dominium, our commitment to giving back is deeply ingrained in our values. One of the ways we uphold this commitment is through our scholarship program. The Opportunity’s Front Door Scholarship Program provides $5,000 scholarships to our valued residents, employees and their dependents. We are excited to announce that the 2025 Dominium Scholarship Program is now Live! This year, we are proud to offer up to 400 of these scholarships, for a total of up to $2 million. These scholarships are available to students and prospective students pursuing education at two-year or four-year colleges or certificate programs. New this year, Dominium has introduced an additional award program, offering $5,000 for individuals pursuing trade or vocational programs. These programs offer hands-on training and specialized skills, creating a direct path to rewarding careers in high-demand industries. At Dominium, we believe talent is everywhere, and opportunity lives here. Our scholarships bridge the gap between potential and opportunity, removing financial barriers and expanding access to higher education. We take great pride in supporting individuals on their journey to knowledge and personal growth. At Dominium, we believe in creating opportunities for individuals seeking a chance to grow and build their futures. Our partnership with Entryway, a nonprofit organization that provides career training and housing opportunities, reflects this commitment. Together, we’ve welcomed talented individuals who have overcome personal challenges to find stability and meaningful careers. Entryway’s mission is to address situational homelessness by transitioning individuals and families at risk of or experiencing homelessness toward economic self-sufficiency. They achieve this through a comprehensive range of resources, including workforce development programs, upskilling opportunities, career training, classroom instruction, financial literacy education and soft skills development. By collaborating with the real estate industry, Entryway paves pathways to stability through full-time employment and housing opportunities. Since initiating our partnership with Entryway in 2024, Dominium has proudly hired three program participants, all of whom continue to be valued members of our team. These hires have not only strengthened our workforce but have also helped three additional family members achieve stability. See the measurable impact of the partnership in the graphics below. We believe partnerships like ours with Entryway showcase the transformative power of collaboration in fostering economic self-sufficiency and creating brighter futures for individuals and families. We are proud
We’re thrilled to share that on February 27, Dominium and our banking, investment, and local government partners officially broke ground on two adjacent properties, 67 Flats and Juniper Square. Together, these developments will provide over 600 much-needed affordable housing units to the Glendale area. 67 Flats is tailored to support families, while Juniper Square will offer homes designed for seniors, both offering an array of amenities and benefits. Furthermore, these communities align with Arizona’s ongoing mission to conserve water and energy. We extend our appreciation to Mayor Jerry Weiers of the City of Glendale AZ and Joan Serviss from the Arizona Department of Housing for attending and speaking, along with Senior Vice President and Mountain West Development Lead Owen Metz and Government Relations Manager Sarah Shambrook. We would also like to thank our partners for their invaluable contributions who had a hand in making this endeavor possible, as well as everyone who attended the event. hashtag#affordablehousing hashtag#arizonahousing hashtag#groundbreaking hashtag#whatwedohitshome
