Our global Women's Business Resource Group hosted the second annual EMPOWER Conference in celebration of International Women's Day with the theme of "Inspire Inclusion". The day was filled with educational and engaging programming featuring inspiring speakers and panelists sharing their experiences of empowerment and insights for building inclusive communities. FactSetters participated in global virtual events and local celebrations in FactSet offices across the globe.
This February, FactSet celebrates Black History Month in the U.S. Aligning with the national theme of Celebrating African Americans and the Arts, we're spotlighting the many artistic talents and expressions displayed by the Black community. The arts can be a powerful tool to educate and promote cultural awareness while highlighting the need for social justice and advocacy. We're proud to have our Black Business Resource Group showcase the significance and historical impact of art through events with local Black artists who will share their work and cultural perspectives.
