We’re proud to be part of a project that’s creating safer, healthier, and brighter spaces for the New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA) Todt Hill Houses community in Staten Island, N.Y! This transformative renovation will improve the quality of life for the 1,000 residents, and we’re thrilled to see the excitement building as they get a first look at their future homes through a newly unveiled mock unit. Here’s what’s in store: 🛁 Upgraded Interiors: New kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, and energy-efficient windows. 🔌 Improved Infrastructure: Plumbing, electrical, and elevator upgrades, along with façade repairs. 🤝 Resident-Driven Design: Feedback from interactive workshops helped shape every detail, including the finishes! 🌱 Healthier Living: Removal of lead-based paint and mold, plus pest and waste management improvements. 🔄 Streamlined Process: A design-build approach will deliver high-quality results more efficiently. Construction begins in early 2025, with phased work to minimize disruptions. We’re honored to help bring this vision to life and support NYCHA’s commitment to revitalizing public housing!
