We kicked off our very first “Career Test Drive” Program for our Enterprise Sales team in November, and it was a blast! Unlike traditional interviews, we allowed candidates to literally take the role for a “test drive” 😉 During the paid 3-day program, our participants were able to experience what it feels like to work at INMAGINE while our hiring managers evaluated their skills and preferences. That’s not all, participants gained hands-on Business Development experience through several activities such as product knowledge training, business case studies, strategic planning and more.
