Our Hearts & Hands Employee Resource Group is a true example of exercising our We Care culture. Across branches, employees came together to host back-to-school bookbag drives, collecting and donating supplies that give children the tools they need to learn and thrive. These efforts go beyond supplies; they reflect the care, compassion, and commitment our people carry into the communities where we live and work. This is the heart of Limbach, turning values into action and making a lasting impact. Our Limbach New England team laced up their running shoes and joined the vibrant crowd at the annual Boston 10K, presented by Brigham and Women’s Hospital. This annual Brigham tradition embodies our We Care Culture, bringing our community together for a great cause.
Congratulations to our Boston team for their participation in the Brigham’s ‘Step Up for Stepping Strong’ challenge! Their steps, along with 9,130 others, helped push the community past 800 million total steps, which generated donations that will directly fund trauma care and recovery efforts.
