In honor of Autism Awareness Month, NICE hosted a global talk on “Unlocking the Power of Neurodiversity in Tech,” which delved into the importance of diversity and inclusion and how neurodiversity can drive innovation and enhance team performance. NICErs in Israel took part in the Eitan Run, organized by Eitan – Everybody Can, an NGO dedicated to empowering people with special needs through professional fitness training. Additionally, the HUB-ility initiative, which supports artists on the autism spectrum, visited NICE Israel allowing NICErs to purchase beautifully crafted holiday gifts.

We’re kicking off our annual celebrations for International Women’s Day (IWD) and Month, and sharing that NICE is thrilled to be ranked 16th in the Forbes “World’s Top Companies for Women 2024” award list! We are all about empowering NICErs, offering women across all domains opportunities to push boundaries, advance their careers, sharpen their professional skills, and draw inspiration from one another through dedicated forums. Throughout March, we’ll be holding multiple lectures, workshops, and fun activities in honor of IWD, and showcasing 15 women NICErs who are shaping tomorrow at NICE. Avishkar, NICE India’s annual innovation challenge, encourages NICErs to submit original ideas with the potential to impact NICE’s business operations and customer satisfaction. Selected from a record-breaking pool of submissions, this year’s winning ideas demonstrated remarkable agility, scalability and the potential for substantial impact.

Over 100 women from NICE’s Women in Sales group gathered to connect, share experiences, and support one another at NICE’s Sales Kickoff (SKO) event held in Las Vegas for over 1,100 NICErs in sales-related roles. We made sure to “tech it to the next level” with an incredible CX Tech Fest 2025! Some 2,000 NICErs joined from 13 sites globally 🌍 for 2 action-packed days of exchanging insights and learning about the latest CX innovations happening at NICE. Over 175 NICErs delivered original, fascinating, and interactive sessions and workshops, both in-person and virtually, on hot topics within AI, Architecture, Product, Development and more. There was even a custom, AI-generated CX Tech Fest song 🎵 It was a celebration of today’s leading CX technology at its finest! CX Proud🙌
