Meet Debra, who grew her career from licensed practical nurse to a post-anesthesia care registered nurse at Mather Hospital. Debra provides immediate post-operative care, closely monitors patients recovering from anesthesia, manages pain, and ensures safe transitions to the next phase of care. She also takes on the role of a charge nurse, helping coordinate unit flow, supporting her team, while maintaining high-quality patient care.
