At Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio, Oakley teamed up with EyeMed Vision Care and the OneSight EssilorLuxottica Foundation to provide local grade schoolers and community members from Su Casa with vision screenings and free prescription glasses to those in need. At this clinic, 443 people were provided with critical vision care and 374 were given free glasses. Proper eye care can be life-changing for everyone, but it particularly is important for children and their success. Whether it's seeing the board clearly, developing confidence or staying on track with their peers — good vision plays a key role in staying focused and improving academic performance.
