"Iām Caesar. I graduated from San JosĆ© State University with a degree in Business Administration, and I joined Panda Express because I was looking for a team driven environment where people genuinely support one another. Starting as an Assistant Manager in Training, I was encouraged to take ownership, implement new ideas, and grow quickly. With the support of my leadership team, I progressed to Store Manager and then General Manager in under a year. Today, Iām a Training Leader, but I realize what I value more than a title is the strong team around me. My goal is to continue developing others into leaders and work toward becoming an Area Coach of Operations.ā Looking for a place where strong teams and real growth go hand in hand? š Click here to apply or refer to Panda: https://lnkd.in/dWmRGEh *The above Story is from a real associate and shares their personal experience. "My name is Angie, and Iām a Training Leader in Southern California. My Panda journey began in October 2024 as a Store Manager in Training, and it's been a life-changing experience. Here's a bit of my story: š¼I was raised in the foster care system and while searching for a better future, I attended a Panda open house event where I landed my new job. Before that, I was juggling two jobs, but joining Panda allowed me to focus on school while remaining financially stable. šI'm now a full-time college student, working toward a bachelorās degree in finance. I feel incredibly grateful and privileged to work for a company thatās truly committed to growing its people, regardless of their background. Iāve found a real sense of belonging and feel like Iām part of a family. š Iām excited to continue my development journey, with the goal of becoming an Area Coach of Operations. Iām thankful to Andrew and Peggy for creating a place where the sky is the limit and opportunities are open to everyone. I look forward to paying it forward to others who, like me, are working hard to build a better life!" š Click here to apply or refer to Panda: https://lnkd.in/dWmRGEh *The above Story is from a real associate and shares their personal experience.
