The Bureau of Labor Statistics recently released a report that found that accounting has an employee churn rate 10 times higher than the average when compared to other industries. This is as the economy continues to teeter on the brink of a potential recession. She also speaks about Harriet Tubman, a woman in Black History who has shaped her life. As Tubman helped others April continues to do the same in her life. When April left a major competitor over 10 years ago she didn’t realize that she would not only begin a new position but become Empowered 💪 by the freedom of decision making, encouragement and development that she found at Quadient.
