Our team in Singapore brought our culture of ownership to life through a speed mentoring day organized by Sumati and Robin. Our leaders were out on full force to support the workshop as mentors, while also learning from our people on their thoughts and concerns beyond the workplace. We're committed to continuous learning from each another to build a progressive and inclusive workplace for everyone.

Sustainability is embedded into our product innovation programme, while our Sustainable Innovation Calculator helps guide us to the right decisions throughout the innovation process. This helps us to create relevant products for our consumers whilst delivering on our Purpose and progressing our Sustainability Ambitions.
