We’re so proud of Carlos Manzo Avalos, a caregiver in our Memory Support Center who recently returned from a six-month tour at an undisclosed location in the Middle East with the U.S. Air Force! A Senior Airman who serves with the 173rd Fighter Wing in Klamath Falls, Carlos worked as command support staff with the Force Support Squadron while deployed, at one point supporting seven squadrons at once! Carlos nominated his supervisor, Administrator Mary Hollinger, and RVM for a Department of Defense Freedom Award for their support of his service. Carlos also surprised Mary with a flag that was flown at the airbase.
Rogue Valley Manor was proud to invest in the future of Southern Oregon yesterday at the Jackson County Expo! 💼 We had a fantastic time connecting with students at the Careers in Gear event, hosted by Rogue Workforce Partnership, and sharing the many rewarding career paths available within our community.
