This week members from the London team spent their morning helping out at Whitechapel Mission. We sorted through donations to be distributed to those that need it most. 🌟 A big thank you to everyone who got involved! Take a look at team #Vortexa in action...
Q & A with Quentin Musy, Full Stack Engineer I’m a Full Stack Engineer in Vortexa’s Application Development Team. I’ve worked on multiple projects since joining, including our data API and Excel Addin. Originally from the South of France, I’ve been living in London for six years now, and have worked in tech for the same amount of time Fun fact: I’ve been running the same campaign of Chroniques Oubliées (a game similar to Dungeons & Dragons) for close to four years now, and I am still very much enjoying it! We wanted to find out what inspired Quentin to join Vortexa, what some of his biggest milestones have been to date and what day-to-day life really looks like for the Full Stack Engineer…
Q & A with Jack Bliss, Senior Full Stack Engineer My mum is a software developer and has spent many years in the industry working with databases as a freelancer. She always encouraged me when I showed an interest in software and helped get me into it from a young age. I’ve been writing code as a hobby since I was around 12 years old. I studied electronic engineering at university but came back to software after graduating. Fun fact: I’m descended from Robert Peel, the prime minister who axed Charles Babbages’ difference engine project. We wanted to find out what inspired Jack to join Vortexa, what some of his biggest milestones have been to date and what day-to-day life really looks like for the Senior Full Stack Engineer…
