Today is an exciting news day for Waters! In addition to announcing very strong fourth-quarter and full-year results, we also shared our intent to acquire Wyatt Technology, a pioneer and recognized leader in light scattering instruments and solutions. Waters and Wyatt have complementary strengths and capabilities and share a common mission to harness our technology and deep scientific expertise to increase the availability and affordability of life-changing therapies. Together, we will help customers solve critical challenges associated with bioanalytical characterization, including cell and gene therapies.
