What is the hiring process like at Advantage Solutions?

Remote job Monday-Friday, Easy interview process, Paid holidays and you are able to set your owe start time.

Job description can be misrepresented depending on the team. Some territories are to large to cover. Some daily goals are not achievable

Not really any pros besides getting first pick or clearance items

Let’s start with the pay not matching the work . Then the lack of help with the company not hiring new employees. Will try to put all the work on you without any communication, The company has potential with what employees do but needs a new manager

Been on board since the beginning of January(2026).Challenging and fun job. When I went through the interview process everything was laid out in front of me regarding expectations. From what goes on daily to work life balance, they were honest and up front about everything. Absolutely no complaints and leadership and support at all levels has been great!
