Pros
Removing all the positive feedback bz they have decided to forcing everyone to come to office 3days/week without failure. If you want to work from home for even a week, you’ll take to take approval from 5-6 people from Manager to HR.
Cons
- They started asking their employees to fill the timesheet ( started becoming like a service based company which is very bad )
- No free food/cab. Food is discounted but the taste is horrible in the canteen. Not eatable at all.
- Though no one is forcing us to work in late night shifts, it’s automatically becoming mandatory bz of calls.
- small office space. Small and poorly designed canteens.
