How are the career development opportunities at Bigo?

1. Fully China-controlled, zero fairness. 2. HR unsure about the notice policy, misinformed me and ended up twist the story and wants me to pay back my salary 3. No career growth, everything decided by China bosses. 4. Toxic office politics everywhere. 5. Useless leadership, no support for employees.

Decent pay but not worth the trauma.

I’m going to make this short and sweet because I don’t believe this company deserves any more of my time. Unless you’re adult who wants to be talked down upon and treated like a student, save your energy for a career path with greater rewards. At least I can walk away with a couple friends I made through trauma bonding. It is unfathomable to me how one person can have so many complaints filed against him and still hold a position of power. No matter how desperate you are, I would not recommend this job on my enemy.
