      Pros

pay is good, better when you can sell something and can actually stick around long enough to get paid on it (not very good about paying commissions in a timely manner).

      Cons

so many things to say here...At the tip of the iceberg: It all stems from horrendous management. Nobody who's hired has any authority to make things better. Titles mean nothing. Turnover is way too high....tenure way too short. Folks are quitting shortly after they are hired or fired within a year because the see within the first week of being hired they made a mistake. A truly unhealthy place to work. Recommend staying far away from this company...save yourself the trouble, stress, agony. Can honestly say that any positive comments you see written on Glassdoor are because the company makes folks write a review within their first few days of joining the company as part of an onboarding checklist.

We find it perplexing that someone would complain about a work from office culture after they have told us explicitly it is their preference. We make it very clear during the interview and job offer process that C3 AI is a highly collaborative, high-performance, work from office culture. All candidates who are made job offers tell us that they prefer work-from-office to hybrid or work-from-home.

The Other Glassdoor Reviews Sum Tt Up

      Business outlook

      Pros

      - Get to work with extremely competent people - Interesting and engaging work - Lots of agency/leadership opportunities that will develop and challenge you - In person culture is helpful for collaboration day to day - Pay and benefits are mostly great across the board

      Cons

      - Turnover can lead to instability in roles. Can feel a bit chaotic as management tries to fill the holes - If you don't want to be thrown into the deep end, this isn't you you. It's not a place to coast - Limited flexibility. They are up front about this, so you know what you are signing up for. However, there are easy ways they could offer flexibility without sacrificing the positives of in-person culture

      Business outlook

      Pros

The people who work here are smart - really smart. The salary and benefits are great.

      Cons

The leaders are very disconnected, and there’s a lot of bureaucracy for a relatively small company. Getting anything approved (software request, customer proposal, anything) takes a long time and requires a huge number of reviews. In general, leaders are not empowered to make anything but the smallest decisions. It’s not uncommon to have 25 or 30 managers review something, with the first people to give approval second guessing later on and starting the process over, with minimal changes to the end result.
