      Pros

Nothing is positive here till now.

      Cons

I have received the offer letter after so much hustle as the joining HR has denied to give that after connecting with the Helpdesk I received that on January. At the time of interview I told the interviewer that I have PCOS that is the reason I want to switch in the short span as In my last organisation it was completely night shift. On 25 Nov I have received a mail regarding candidate declaration form I have said yes in 24*7 policy as it includes UK& APAC shifts also, also it was in my mind that as I have already informed them that I can’t do night shift they will not. Anyways I didn’t receive the offer letter on 25 th Nov. as I have already shared after contacting to the Helpdesk I recieve it on Jan 6. At that point also I has not been informed that the shift is night and concludes at 3am. I joined happily with a hope new beginning. But the problem is just started , from my process one has contacted me and tell the shift is core night and no other shift is there. I replied with all the documents to them that I have been prescribed to avoid night shifts, improve sleeping cycle. Bt the process HR D savarinathan is insisting me to join the process within this condition. When I am asking for the fit certificate from Capgemini in-house doctor. He is refusing me to give that. I am genuinely want to join the organisation and follow the policy I have one question if my health obligation is there then what should I follow? Shouldn’t I take care of my health???? 24*7 shifts includes UK and APAC shifts also . Please help me to align with any UK and APAC shifts.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We appreciate you highlighting both the strengths and areas where you believe improvement is needed. We are glad to hear that you find our campus and overall infrastructure to be positive aspects of your experience. At the same time, we acknowledge your concerns regarding the mismatch between automation-focused interviews and the allocation of predominantly manual testing projects. We also understand the impact that late client calls can have on work–life balance, as well as your observation about the limited availability of strong QA Automation projects. Your feedback is valuable, and we will ensure it is shared with the relevant teams as we continue working toward enhancing both project alignment and employee experience.
