Pros
Flexible and Hybrid working, good entry level positions, good upper management positions.
Cons
Poor pay compensation (the lowest national average), penalizes staff for not engaging in self-assessment performance reviews, does not invest in staff as much as they claim, 10+ years of loyalty to the company is not even recognised with a "thank you", performance reward scheme is mostly fuelled by nepotism and social standing with peers, technically competent staff who are not good "people managers" will be neglected, training opportunities to advance in a technical path are not provided.
