Pros
-Benefits are robust for industry standards
-Leadership was typically pretty solid, but can be hit or miss. Had some of my best leaders at this company and some of the worst.
-Pay is lower than other companies, but benefits can outweigh this for some people. Work/Life balance was important to me and it was balanced very well
-Opportunities to grow are plenty, but see cons below
Cons
-Take this for what you will, but I was an extremely hard working employee who moved up from a residential technician to a network engineer through a rigorous selection process. After a year into my new role as Net Eng 1, I was laid off even after being told no jobs were at risk of being cut from an ongoing reorganization.
