What is the hiring process like at Forever 21?

Ok Staff that tend to be frendly

They butchered my onboarding process, miss matching myn and another employees numbers, I was locked our of dayforuce for about 3 weeks, I have been scheduled very few hours and my avaliblity was completely different then what was agreed upon in the interview. They did not explain anything about occurrence or other systems, The training was horrendous, I was giving absolutely little to no guidance, I am very disappointed

You’ll be the first ones to see new items and sale items.

There’s a required sales quota everyday and you can earn it by assisting customers. The problem is not all customers are comfortable when someone assist them. I was a new hire and those older employees tend to ‘steal’ customers from new ones. Not a great experience.

Everyone was easy to get along with

Long hours on your feet

Easy interviewing and easy on boarding, not difficult work

Management does little to protect you or hear you out

Okay experience, easy job, easy to get hired

Annoying hours, terrible culture (bad energy), no money or room for growth.
