After working for a year at this company as a part-time sales associate, I noticed that there was a lack of value placed on employee well-being and career opportunities. The management has set high expectations for low pay and prioritized individual performance instead of better team relationships. The company seemed to hire primarily teenagers and those desperate for work, rather than foster a more inclusive and supportive work environment. This, combined with the lack of benefits and a toxic culture, ultimately hindered any potential career growth or development.
