      Cons

      no paid holidays no pay increases they fired me for no reason a few days before i hit my 1 year mark had the audacity to say i am not eligible for rehire found out from a work from home group one girl and 17 other people got fired a few days before their 1 year mark for taking VTO the day prior was told they were fired due to attendance issues

      Was a work from home, In the beginning the culture was amazing and inclusive.

      Cons

      After major corporate change culture fell to the wayside. They changed payroll companies causing many issues with my pay. They also outsourced most of there positions resulting in US employees being terminated.

      You get work from home, request days off very easy, apply for under time as well as over time.

      Cons

      Very poor of supervisors assistance, their advertising monthly pay is a scam, you don't make near what's what the advertisement says. Way to many enter the company and way to many leave the company on a monthly basis. Their Metrix are always to benefit the company by you not being able to meet your goals. And if you get a negative review it's your fault for not using the proper word choice. BS bottom line we help the customers 110% the new and few agents joining lack training and proper way to address issues.

      Pros

      There is a work from home option.

      Cons

      Supervisors don't care about personal needs. Training is terrible and leaves you feeling lost with no guidance. Is more like a temp agency and is not a stable consistent job.
