Favouritism, very clique-y, no room for advancement, no/very low pay increases even when the company is making money, pay and bonuses and commission are heavily taxed, holidays are based on US holidays

Good Company to work for if you want a good work-life balance and are run well, no hire to fire like many tech companies.

Below average salary and benefits compared to the industry standards, little to no growth opportunities, you have to wait for a minimum of 2 yearly cycle even to be considered for a promotion no matter how good you perform. No ownership from the management, things get approved in their own sweet time, no urgency of getting things moving at an acceptable speed. No innovation or focus on products and customer seen as a priority. Still on legacy on prem SAP systems when the world is going AI/ML on cloud. And the CEO wants 4 days in office when the entire world can work remote because an employee's dog was barking on a call with customer...."Really"

Lennox is a great company, a large company, lots of great people to meet and network with, pay is decent

Customer service is the bottom of the barrel there, they only hire through Randstad, an unprofessional temp agency.

The pay is good, most of the supervisors know what they're doing, and most of the employees are easy to get along with.

Most of the jobs are tedious, there's no communication between shifts, and it's a union factory, so you can get bumped by someone with more seniority at any time, because everything is based on seniority rather than merit -- so it's a very frustrating place to work if you have any sense of fairness.
