The work-from-home option is available for all employees
Cons
Bad and outdated product (it is dirt slow have no idea how customers are even using it)
Managers try to take credit in the meetings to gain visibility to avoid getting laid off.
No product vision is still using very outdated technology.
No Bonus, No promotions, feel lucky if you survived a quarter without getting laid off
Terrible management, doesn’t make any decisions based on market conditions or competitors, just on what will make the next shareholder meeting look decent. Changing strategy, pricing, etc every quarter if not faster.
Generally focused on defined initiatives (it used to be a mess). Collaborative environment of good people. Remote work. Flexible. Generally low politics (all firms have some). New leadership establishing long overdue processes and discipline.
Cons
Brain drain with past RIFs. Low bonus payout. Many LPers are burned out and performing the jobs of multiple former team members. Consistently waiting to make the turn, and for sales to post some big numbers. Did we miss our window or are we through the hard part and now it's time to see the rewards? Time will tell.
