Does Mastercard assist with or provide work transportation?

Pros

Competitive pay, good benefits, solid company reputation

Cons

There is too much politicking at the top; it is about who you know to get you into roles. There are ineffective leaders that do not get moved out of the organization; “special” roles are created for them to let them wait out until they decide to leave. Working with ineffective leaders affect employee morale and engagement. There are also issues related to discrimination but does not get addressed.

Advice to Management

Get a better pulse on employee sentiments; do not just rely on the optics presented to you. Many are waiting out for better opportunities so they can leave.
