Does Mastercard offer massages?

Pros

Great place to work at as there is work life balance and pantry has free drinks

Cons

Hierarchy still exists and decisions to be made involves so many teams hence slow to move/react to changes

Advice to Management

Do give chance to locals too... not just hire expats for senior roles

Does Mastercard offer life insurance?

Pros

1. Great benefits ie; health cover, good pension scheme with life insurance, remote work opportunities. 2. You get to work with diverse cross-functional teams 3. Great place to start your career in as there is a lot of focus of professional development for young professionals

Cons

1. Can get a bit overwhelming with the workload 2. A lot of processes/bureaucracies which may be a bit confusing for new joiners or any employee 3. You will feel very confused and overwhelmed for the first 3 months.

Advice to Management

Improve on employee on boarding to make it easier for new joiners to transition into the company. Shouldn't take 3 months for a new joiner to get a hang of things...
