      Pros

Work from home is the only pro

      Cons

The only thing good is the work from home and benefits. These people will work you and not care about you as a person. They try to be nice at first but do not have your best interest.they lack integrity and accountability. They like to play the blame game and do not take accountability for there actions. Horrible company to work for.

      Pros

      - There are a lot of career options within the company so you can choose to move around while staying with Merck - Pension available - Hybrid model allows some work from home

      Cons

      - Work/Life balance can be a struggle but is largely dependent on your manager - West Point site seems to be moving to a lot of "open floor plan" and unassigned seating, which can be very distracting/frustrating - Mandated return-to-work can be tough for some people that have otherwise remote jobs
