Pros
Good pay, good health care benefits and diverse coworkers.
Cons
The hierarchy of management at Skechers is very corrupt. There are tons of cases of abuse and complaints about inappropriate verbal behavior from management that HR is very aware about, but will never strip those people from their role.
The building is not to code, so there is no cafe (no where to eat), it takes years to get a parking spot approved in the building, only one water fountain for 300+ people in one building, and overall a very squished work place.
There is no work life balance. You are expected to make up hours if you have to go to a dentist appointment. It's looked down upon if you check on your health during working hours... which is the only time you can visit a doctor.
Skechers will try to sell you on the company and how cool working on the teams are, but it's only to reel you into a tough work place. There is so much over development and waste. You will be crushed if you take all the work for little reward to heart.
