Does Stryker offer a yearly bonus?

      Stryker reviews

      Good Pros vs Cons

      Demand planner
      Current employee
      Leesburg, VA
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business outlook

      Pros

Rewarding environment, good 401k match, 7% yearly 401k bonus, yearly performance cash bonus, great health plan, tuition reimbursement, stock purchase plan, established yearly raise cycle.

      Cons

Compensation can varry highly based on the cannidate negotiating. Promotion opportunties can be limited, and internal promotion opportuntites are highly-competive. 5 year vest to receive full 401k match, 1 year tenure to start receiving tuition reimbursement Some managers are inexpereinced

Good benefits but a toxic culture

      Project manager
      Current employee
      Cork
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business outlook

      Pros

Diverse workforce, competitive salary package including private health insurance, annual bonus, and private pension. Facilities are modern, clean, and well maintained.

      Cons

Long working hours expected due to US time zone, without additional compensation or recognition. Culture can feel inauthentic, with superficial relationships built around performance reviews. Extremely competitive environment often leads to a toxic atmosphere.

Life changing money - for a price

      Account manager
      Former employee
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business outlook

      Pros

Pay varies by division and performance, but the average Stryker rep is paid very well. 100% commission role, annual bonus paid in Jan based on previous year. Sold for 3.5 years - in my worst year I made $265k, best I made $415k (in my mid-late twenties). Stryker is a very sales focused company - valued feedback from reps and has aggressive R&D and M&A to own whatever market they’re in. Great place to make life changing money as a young rep

      Cons

Stryker pays well so you put up with the toxic culture. Leadership blatantly says “Stryker first” meaning you’re expected to put company above family/personal life. Quota gets bigger and territory gets smaller every year. I ended up leaving after 8 years in various roles to prioritize family and mental health, both of which are neglected as a Stryker rep.

      Underpaid & High Stress

      Anonymous employee
      Current employee

      CEO approval
      Business outlook

      Pros

Good benefits & yearly contribution is a nice bonus

      Cons

High stress, no room for growth, underpaid which doesn't give me motivation in this role

Good place & company to work for.

      Operations associate
      Current employee
      Cork
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business outlook

      Pros

Good pension, healthcare for you & family, annual bonus.

      Cons

Pay could be better to reflect hard work.

      Great Place to work!

      Sales operations analyst
      Current employee
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business outlook

      Pros

The company culture is phenomenal! Don't get me wrong, your experience at this company is directly correlated with your direct management. It seems that company-wide, they all take the company culture very seriously. - The conversation is good, could be a bit higher - They try to do a good job of rewarding you - Every year, they give you an additional 7% bonus paid to your 401(k) on top of any other corporate bonuses that you get from your team. - they're are an industry leader so having their name on your résumé open store.

      Cons

There aren't that many cons. Culture is great. The compensation is pretty decent but to name a few. - because the company is colossal, you have to go through so many layers to get certain information. - They try to promote you as often as possible, but because the company is so great, people tend to stay. Due to the lack of matriculation, you'll frequently see a promotion from analyst to senior analyst and very rarely see a promotion from senior/lead analyst to manager. - Q4 into January is an extremely busy time of year, so expect to have 60 to 70-hour workweeks.

      Great Company

      Field logistics coordinator
      Current employee
      Washington, DC
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business outlook

      Pros

Benefits, yearly bonuses, lots of vacation time

      Cons

If you work remotely, it can get a little lonely.

      Terrible Management

      Assembler 2
      Former employee
      Kalamazoo, MI
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business outlook

      Pros

Good pay for little to no experience Nice cafeteria Good benefit program Decent end of year bonus and salary seems to be increasing

      Cons

Management sucks due to no understanding of how to talk to people or handle any sort of situation Everyone is miserable “Continuous improvement” does everything but improve upon what we already have, just makes it more difficult and unnecessary

      2

Mostly great but disorganized due to integrations

      Senior program manager
      Former employee
      Los Angeles, CA
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business outlook

      Pros

Generous annual bonus payout Additional discretionary match on 401k Mentorship and training opportunities

      Cons

So many integrations - many employees did not understand their role and expectations Difficult to find who owns processes, who's who, who are the decisionmakers Constantly restricted travel budgets, making it difficult as a remote worker to have focused interactions with team members Very limited upward mobility opportunities

      Decent, somewhat bloated

      Manufacturing engineer
      Current employee
      Salt Lake City, UT
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business outlook

      Pros

Supportive and pay is okay. For SLC the pay is below the comfortable living line for first year.

      Cons

The Stryker "system" is bloated so it can take weeks to get a simple document change done.
