What are some insights into the application process at Target?

      Not respectful regarding hours available

      Pros

Other employees were nice to chat with.

      Cons

No respect for my availability. I was a full-time college student who stated on my application that my MAXIMUM hours per week were 20-25 (was also written on my training schedule). They ended up scheduling me almost twice as many hours. Had to quit after a week because I had gone to HR three times to fix scheduling errors, and they still would not be considerate towards my availability.

      Pretty Decent

      Pros

Regular pay bumps based on performance. Flexible scheduling for employees that were also students. Small format allowed me to be trained for every department.

      Cons

Harder to have them look at your application than Harvard. Working at larger format stores can be soul-sucking (especially at the registers).
