It has been a really good company, with one of the best culture But old people are leaving now, and quality of work is degrading

the rest. used to be something to believe in. used to be someplace to be proud of. was never really the best pay but it was about more than that. now its terrible.

Culture existed due to its people. Many left. Many are still here. So, the culture still prevails. However, I feel the new lot of people are far too entitled. The company still provides work from home. The pay is not that bad. Projects are good. When I started here, we had worse projects.

The leaders are pathetic. They dont know what they are doing. During townhalls, they are not polite. They use offensive language towards employees. They are drowning and are in desperate need of help.
