      Good benefits - private health insurance Meeting loads of people and making amazing connections Free coffee everyday Opportunities for progression within Community

      Cons

      -Whatever the role you do within Community, you will be doing customer service and the 'customer is always right' -Progression is available but very slow and competitive, no promotions , you will need to be endorsed by your manager and go through a rigorous application process in order to be promoted -No flexibility or work from home, you will need to take your lunch hours to attend a doctors appointment and your time will be on a managed by 30 min increments and will have no autonomy over your own time - You will be required to be flexible and move your shifts or lunches to fit the needs of the business however - No benefits have been added or enhanced since 2021 and have only been stripped or become tighter - You will be required to increase moral and build relationships in buildings which aren't operationally sound and have functionality issues such as leaks that have persisted for years or no roof without having any authority to actual fix any of these big problems, and you are responsible to make sure people don't complain about them
