Many employees are completely incompetent but keep their jobs because they brown nose their supervisors. The company's content and marketing that they push out screams that they are decades behind everyone else, They have had multiple layoffs since I've been here, not to mention multiple reorganizations and even forcing an entire department to either take a pay cut or leave the organization. There's widespread incompetence and oftentimes you'll find that a project you're working on has already been done by another team. Poor communication.
Excellent package of salary and benefits, bonuses are regular and achievable so long as you put the work in. Opportunity to increase your earnings significantly. Very welcoming and positive working environment. Fantastic leadership team who listen to feedback and continuously make positive change if and when needed and support you regularly in your own growth.

No cons! Would love more company wide meetings to see everybody more often but understand the logistics of that would be a bit of a nightmare!
