What is typically worn or allowed to be worn at work at Wipro?

Company ethics and culture are excellent, but they are still on paper only, as they are not flown down to the people sitting at the senior management level. A vast revamp is needed at the Senior Management level. People at this level have either forgotten coding or don't know how to code. Also, general thinking is there that Scrum Masters need not have knowledge of coding. These 2 things are a major hindrance to the Growth of this company.

There are no cons to the company; its principles are the best in the market. However, there is a bad layer of people sitting at the Senior Management level. They are extremely good at politics, a major turndown for a mad coder.

not much pro's for wipro. good to survive. it has same benefits which other MNC's have. No dress code as TCS :P

if you are a fresher with no offers in hand can choose wipro. compared to other companies wipro management has many issues like doing micro management keeping employees on bench for months and asking them to visit office in hybrd model with LOP which is very harsh.
