Telephonic interview, Chat with a Customer that relates to the profile. It was a test to check the time management, work ethics, communication, Typing skills ,Once cleared with the typing round I had ops round with HR. Where he had a discussion relating to the family background, salary expectation, and previous work experience.

Good, all I can say but Annoying to be very honest. Preparation is must before it. Typing test, screening, wasting my time all I can say craziness of bot isn’t it??

Well they give preference to the ones who came through refferal then the ones who came for walkin interviews... They don't try to solve the problem but ask us to adjust Had to wait all day as they don't manage the process properly .. they ask us to wait for a few minutes and then forget us completely and focus on something else ..
