The interview process for this particular studio was a positive experience overall. I found the conversations I had with the Leads to be engaging and informative. However, there appeared to be some managerial issues within the studio. The application process for this role required only two interviews - one with the Leads and another with HR. Despite inquiring about the possibility of negotiating the offer, the studio declined. Despite this, I accepted the offer as I was eager for a new opportunity. However, there were some communication issues after I signed the offer letter. The start date was left unspecified, and despite my requests for a concrete date, I did not receive any updates for several months. As of today, I still have not received a start date, which has led me to believe that the studio has rescinded the offer. It appears that 10:10 Games may be experiencing some growing pains associated with scaling up a small team. While I wish the studio the best, I would caution future applicants to be mindful of these issues.
