Hands down, the best recruiting and interview experience I've ever encountered. The recruiting team is extremely informative and responsive throughout the entire process. I reached out to the Director of Recruitment via LinkedIn to showcase my interest and she immediately set up a phone interview. We went over the details of the role and standard questions regarding my background and experience-- the recruiter was beyond personable and easy to talk with, which made me really excited about the opportunity. From there, I was scheduled to attend a group interview with various team members and other candidates in the new office in Denver. Although it was a different interview process than I've ever experienced, it was very enjoyable and a great way to sense the team's dynamic. The group discussion entailed an icebreaker, role-play, written exercise and a one-on-one with a member of the team. It can seem overwhelming at first but the team did a great job at making everyone feel comfortable and encouraged discussion to showcase your personality (just be yourself). The recruiting team was in touch immediately after and asked for references.
