I have been interviewing with the company for more than 3 months. If I received a reply to my email from HR within a week without having to write a second time, it was considered a success. The interview process consisted of three stages, and they postponed the third one by 20 days. It was an onsite meeting, during which they informed me that they would reimburse my travel costs. However, it has been more than a month, and they still haven't reimbursed me. After I inquired about it, they assured me that it would be paid within a week, but I still haven't received any money.
I failed the cultural interview, and the feedback I received was about improving my English (despite it was not worsened since the previous rounds) and enhancing certain technical aspects, which I had already passed in the technical interview. Overall, the process was too lengthy, and the feedback provided was unhelpful.
