The Director started the interview saying, "I expect you to work 80 hours per week, but I can only pay you for 40 hours per week. The preview CRM was fired; it wasn't entirely her fault; we have chaos here. Some weeks you will only work 60 hours per week; but I can only pay you for 40 hours per week."
