4 Way Technologies Software Developer interview questions

Interview Process consist of 3-4 rounds. R1 is all about Front-end or Backend (you have choice too choose one of them) R2 is all about Problem solving in JS only(Array and String only). R3 is all about Coding. (code a login page). R4 is HR round.

It was pool campus drive. So all students from our college gathered at 10AM in one of the college where the company came. There were two rounds: 1) Around 40 MCQs from Quant, Reasoning, React.js (more weightage) 2) Building a prototype in MERN given instantly in 4-5 hours. Their management of recruiting is very poor. There were many slots for each round, and even for the declaration of 1st round of MCQs, we'd to wait 2 to 3 hours. Very pathetic. Most of students went to home without even checking the result.
