Emailed my resume in early 2023 and talked to the boss via Zoom about why I was interested in being a tutor. I later got called to substitute a class within a few weeks at one of the centers. The director at the center told me she observed my teaching through the classroom cameras. She didn't interview me with any questions. Got an offer to be a tutor after covering the class.
