I applied online. I interviewed at A & A Marketing
Interview
Group interview with one other individual because there were a lot of other people waiting as well. It was a quick and Easy initial interview but didn’t feel very personal
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at A & A Marketing (Dallas, TX) in Jul 2018
Interview
Waited outside for 15 mins and got asked to fill out an application before being called in. The interviewer was in his early 20s and tried to play up the trendy, cool laid back vibe. He wanted to get a profile about my personality and whether I was good fit for the company. The interviewer said he was starting a new office and wanted motivated people to join him.

Interview
This was the most bizarre interview process I have ever had. I interviewed at A&A, all of the reviews are true. Loud music, softcore porn up on the TV, absolute jungle in the office. I was in their system because I have interviewed with Charity Advertising and Marketing. I assume that they are all under the parent company called Blue Label Concepts. The interview was the first in a series of three and they claimed they would discuss pay at the next interview. I was not concerned with waiting as I've been burned by past experiences with commission jobs. They told me the job would be base pay plus commission, but I doubt this is true. I did not get a call back from A&A but instead from Blue Label. This company is so absolutely mismanaged and all over the place. It's like a jungle in their office. Don't dare go to interview with them.
