It was an average interview. The interviewer was very informative of what are the requirements for the job posted. Questions were asked about personal experience working with children and children with autism and how I would react to certain situations that I may encounter in this job.
Was nice and welcoming. Interview was normal time of 30 minutes. After interview was completed I was contacted back with an offer for employment. The company is a good company with decent benefits just the pay wasn't acceptable for me

Rushed and pressuring. The ceo is demanding and pushes you to accept the low ball offer immediately during the interview. Not flexible for waiting to hear back from other interviews.
