Interview
The interview process was the easiest I had ever done , the process took 3 weeks. Although I thought I was the perfect candidate, adp thought differently. And I received a phone call after the oral panel stating that I was not moving forward which in all honesty disappointed me because I knew that I was well fit. Of course they tell you to apply to other jobs but I refuse as I will not be getting my hopes up again.
Sorry for the unfortunate experience. We hope you still consider ADP in the future.

It's been a while but I believe they asked the usual interview questions like describe a difficult situation and how you handled it. It's best to use the STAR method when answering questions.

The interview was good, and the hiring manager told me that I was very thorough and gave excellent responses, in addition to my relative experience. I was also told that I would be hearing back from the recruiter the same week. However I have not recieved any feeback or follow up about the interview from the recruiter, even after me following up with the Thank You letter and (3) follow up letters because I really wanted this job.. Still nothing from the recruiter. So Ironically I received an email survey from ADP recruitment, I left my rating and comment and wouldnt you know an hour after that I get another generic email saying they have moved on to other candidates.. Sighs.. these companies I tell ya.. SMH

Had to go through multiple rounds with standard interview questions. The only thing that was useless was the video interview, after the video I had an in person interview with the same questions.
