I went to a job fair at ADP, after being told about it by a friend. The job fair included on the spot interviews with management teams. Over one hundred applicants visited the job fair, and from my knowledge, they hired about 30 people, both who were and were not referred by current employees.

They had me do and an online pre-recorded interview then I had to pass a grammar test. Then it only took a week to hear back and schedule an in person interview.
The interview process at ADP was smooth and well-organized. The recruiter was very helpful throughout each step, providing clear communication and guidance. I felt supported and well-prepared for every stage.

Web call with management to review the job title and duties. Asked about goals and role fit to do the job. Since we just use thirty words I Dont know what else to put
