Really smooth process and everyone was really helpful on laying out a timeline for it. Not too difficult at all and pretty average questions. The people I dealt with were great overall.

Application
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ADP (Minneapolis, MN) in Jan 2010
Interview
The interview was generally behavioral. You meet with group managers where they basically decide if you are personable enough for sales and whether they like you. If you pass that round, the next round is a meeting with the VP to do a mock sales call. This was unexpected. I was given a packet of information and 20 minutes to put together my pitch. Then the VP comes in and you sell him whatever the facts tell you to sell how the facts tell you to sell it.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The case was completely unexpected but goes well. The VP does not try to embarrass you or bring you down. Additionally, it is essentially what you will be doing in the job itself so it is good practice.
Initial call with the recruiter, then intro call with Vice President, then pannel interview with hiring managers, after that the last step is a role play with hiring managers/Vice President
Went smoothly the recruiter was very helpful in laying out the interview process. three rounds of interviews first screening with recruiter then zoom with hiring manager then onto shadowing/role play for final interview
