Interview
The recruiter called me and said she didn't read my resume. She asked me to go through my resume historically and she'd take notes. The interview lasted maybe 15 minutes and she said I would receive a follow up invite for the next step. I never received the invite and called ADP's support line more than 5 times over 5 weeks. They set a flag on my account so I wouldn't receive emails and I was told multiple times that I would receive a call once it's been fixed. It's been months and I'm guessing I don't have an opportunity anymore. What's worse is this position was recommended to me and this company couldn't care less. I can only imagine how they treat current employees and customers.

Hiring event with 15 candidate, a lot of basic behavioral question that lead to a 2nd round with another interviewer. Overall the whole process was about 1 hour but waiting to get interview took an extra 30 minutes.

A recruiter reached out to me telling me about two open positions. One was for BD and the other was for AM. He set up an interview with the hiring manager to determine what the best fit was for me. The first thing the hiring manager said was they didn't currently have any openings but wanted to interview for the future. While I appreciate the manager was upfront, the recruiter was not.
