GD followed by 1 Tencinal round and then HR cum technical round.
The GD was an asbract topic and we had 10mins to speack in group of 10.
My round by a rapid fire round followed by an situation based question and one LR question
HR round was technical plus company based question.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ADP (Virginia Beach, VA) in May 2025
Interview
Was very strange. They asked me 5-6 questions 3 of which were variations of where I saw myself long term. I was never once asked about my resume or credentials. I was later told weeks after the interview that due to a gap in my resume I would not be proceeding to the next round of interviews.
